Megaphone can be found in MAX/Center and is a Digital Marketing Hub for creating, downloading, and mailing customized content such as flyers, postcards, brochures, etc. It is also a Social Media Marketing Hub that lets you advertise your content on your social sites while providing analytical reports on how those advertisements are performing.
This marketing system integrates with your MLS and will automatically pull in descriptions and pictures of your listings that way you don't have to upload them manually.
How Do I Access Megaphone?
Log into remax.com (MAX/Center) and click "Apps & Tools" on the left hand side of the screen. Scroll until you see the app that says "Advertising, Social & Print" that looks like this
Click on tile to enter the platform. Click on any of the four prompts under "What would you like to do today?". To promote a specific listing, click on "My Listings". To check out templates and mail items, click "Browse Print & Digital Templates" and you will be taken to the Megaphone site hosted by Deluxe (impactorder.com).

Create a Custom ad
Megaphone is integrated with a few platforms; HomeSnap, Photofy, and RE/MAX Hustle. What does this mean? When you want to create custom content, click on the "Create A Custom Ad" box. Megaphone will walk you through the process of creating a custom ad using these platforms.
